YSER PRESENTS A NEW PRODUCT RANGE FOR GRAVURE AND OFFSET...

Aware of their client's needs, YSER announces to have stopped producing resins for Gravure Inks based on phenol or phenol based compounds.To accomplish this YSER developed a new product line aimed at the graphic inks market with a phenol free composition.

The former ORION line, especially developed for the production of Gravure Inks during the first decade of the new millennium, will be completely replaced by an innovating product line named CARINA. The latter is based on a groundbreaking technology and on a greener and more responsible new formulation system.

The purpose of such improvement is to provide all Yser stakeholders, particularly producers of packaging and publishing inks, with the opportunity to work with more suitable products, both on the environmental and economic perspectives.

The CARINA products were developed within a new resins concept, so called, ECORESINS.  Following this trend, Yser also takes this opportunity to announce the creation of another innovative product line, developed for the production of inks for the OFFSET market - the PERSEUS product line.

This way, and with great pride, YSER became the first worldwide resins producer to have stopped using the phenolic compounds as a raw material for the Gravure Inks market segment.
